About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for building works. Any refurbishment or renovation project is governed by the written quotation and terms of business we issue and you accept before work starts.

Using this website

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use or to help you decide whether to instruct us. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy material from this site without our written permission.

Accuracy of information

We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date. Service descriptions, project photographs and coverage areas are given as a guide only. Nothing on this site is a quotation, a fixed price or a binding offer. Prices and specifications for your project are confirmed only in a written quotation issued for that project.

Quotations and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. We will contact you to discuss the work and, where appropriate, arrange a site visit. A contract comes into existence only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it in writing.

Project photographs

Photographs shown on this site are of work carried out by AJS Refurbishments unless stated otherwise. They illustrate the type and standard of work we do. Finishes, materials and layouts vary from project to project.

Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any site we link to.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Accreditation and insurance

AJS Refurbishments is CHAS accredited and carries 5 million pounds of insurance cover. Certificates are available on request before work begins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
