One quotation, every trade included
Our quotations set out the cost of each trade and each stage of the project in plain language, so you can see what your money is buying. Electrics, plumbing, plastering, joinery, flooring and decoration are all priced and programmed together rather than bolted on later, which is what keeps the final invoice close to the original figure.
A sequence that saves you money
Renovation costs climb when trades arrive in the wrong order and work has to be undone. We sequence the strip out, first fix, plastering, second fix, flooring and decoration so each trade has a clean run at the property, and we hold the programme with weekly updates so you always know what is happening next week.
Finished to a standard we will put our name to
We do not cut corners on the parts nobody sees. Substrates are prepared properly, junctions are cut in cleanly and the site is left tidy at the end of every day. Before handover we walk the property with you and work through a snagging list until you are happy, then hand over certification and guarantees for the installed work.

Questions about full property renovations
How long does a full property renovation take?
A two or three bedroom property being fully renovated typically runs between six and twelve weeks depending on the scope, the condition of the building and lead times on kitchens and bathrooms. We give you a written programme with the quotation so you can plan around it.
Do I need to move out during the renovation?
For a full renovation it is usually easier and quicker if the property is empty, because the trades can work continuously and dust control is far simpler. Where that is not possible we phase the work room by room and keep a working kitchen and bathroom available.
How do payments work on a larger renovation?
Larger projects are staged against agreed milestones rather than paid up front. Each stage is set out in the quotation so you know exactly what has been completed before a payment falls due.
